Bespoke Orders:

All items are bespoke and we require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to start making your item with the final 50% to be paid upon completion of your order. Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 4 -6 weeks for completion, however, we will always try to accommodate your time frame.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchange on bespoke or customised items; however, please contact us as soon as your item arrives if you have any queries or concerns so that we can try and remedy the situation as soon as possible. Any amendment requirements must be received within 14 days of receipt and may incur extra charges for materials and time.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that there is a fault in the construction of the item please contact us immediately to assess the problem. We will either remedy the situation or offer a full refund

Damaged Items

If the goods are damaged upon arrival please ask the courier to mark the item as damaged, before signing for the item. For international customers, if you are not there when the item is delivered please take photos of the damaged packaging before opening and contact us immediately.
